Side entryway with a granite fountain mounted on a Mexican beach pebble covered reservoir
The fountain, varied plantings and hanging feeders all work together to attract numerous hummingbirds to the delight of residents
The high-desert climate of Northern New Mexico harbors many micro-climates that permit two-season gardening and outdoor living. These projects convert a dry land landscape into outdoor living rooms. Many of these provide intimate gathering places in otherwise unhindered vistascapes of the surrounding mountains. The others create a sense of these vistas for residences that have the more traditional enclosure walls thus foregoing the distant views in favor of privacy and shelter.
